At Nebraska Machine Products, Inc. the environment is an important issue. We have switched from petroleum based coolants and cutting fluids to water based products. Our new larger facility has afforded us the room to install a new Inter-Source Dynamic Chip Management system. With this equipment we are now not only capable of reclaiming and reusing coolant and oil but we also reclaim the chips that are produced during the machining process. The chips are then sent to a recycling center.
